+Participation is allowed for all professional and amateur photographers from around the world; however, they must read the participation rules and act accordingly.
How many photographs can I enter into the same series?

How many photographs can I enter into the same series?
+A series consists of at least 2 and no more than 10 photographs, including 1 main photograph and up to 9 supporting images, sharing a common theme or concept and a single title. The series will be judged as a whole. Please make sure the photographs work together as a body of work.

How will I know if my submission is complete, and what do I do if it’s not?

How will I know if my submission is complete, and what do I do if it’s not?
+If, at the time of the competition’s close, a submission is incomplete, for example if the submission has not been paid or the images have not been uploaded correctly, it will not be eligible for juried consideration. You may check your entry status at any time by logging into the Member Section and clicking on Entry History.

+First, complete the online submission form with the necessary details about your entry, including credit name, entry title, description, and selected category or categories. Please do not use symbols in the title, only letters and spaces. Once the form is complete, you will be directed to the upload page where you can upload your photos.

What specs should the digital files have?
+Images captured via film, digital cameras, mobile phones, or AI-based workflows are accepted. Files must be submitted as JPEGs, 8-bit, in sRGB or Adobe RGB color profiles. Images must not exceed 3500 pixels on the longest side, and each file must be under 4 MB. Choose a simple file name, for example Look.jpg, and please do not use symbols or spaces in the file name. If your submission is a series of images, please number them and upload them in order of importance.

+Yes, you may enter the same photograph into as many categories as you wish. Doing so may increase your chances of winning. There is an additional fee for each extra category selected for a single entry, with 20% off the initial entry fee.

+No. There is no time limit for when the submitted photographs were taken.

+No, after payment has been made, entries cannot be altered. Please review your work carefully before finalizing payment.
How do I know if you received my entry?

+You should receive a confirmation email shortly after you submit and pay for your work.
Is the judging anonymous?

+Yes, judging is anonymous. Judges are not aware of participants’ names or personal details during the judging process.
Will I be compensated for the use of my images?

Will I be compensated for the use of my images?
+There is no monetary remuneration for the use of your image. However, if your work is considered for any use other than promotion of the competition, you will be contacted and given the option to decline the use of your work.
Are there any hidden costs if I am selected as a winner?

Are there any hidden costs if I am selected as a winner?
+There are no hidden publication, exhibition, or award fees. The physical prizes themselves, including trophies and medals, are provided free of charge. However, international shipping and handling costs for delivering physical awards are the responsibility of the winner.
Can I submit photographs that have won other competitions?

+Yes, we believe great photography deserves to be seen. You are welcome to submit images that have been published or awarded elsewhere, provided you still hold the rights to the image and it does not violate any exclusivity agreements with other entities.
