Description
“(Hephaestus), God of Craftsmanship” is a photographic project celebrating Italian craftsmanship and the value of manual skill. Through portraits of artisans, their workshops, and especially their hands, the work explores the connection between tradition and innovation. Using both analog and digital photography, the project highlights how ancient knowledge continues to shape the modern world. A 2,000 km journey across Rome and Lazio documented 15 artisans and their enduring creative heritage.
