The Forgotten History
Description
The series focuses on historical windows captured in a very famous tourist site - the 120-year-old Concubine Lane - in my country, Malaysia. The concept of cracked, burnt windows conveys the idea that traditional values of famous places are wearing off, and it's saddening to see their history being gradually forgotten as modernization happens. The Concubine Lanes are full of such historical windows. How good it is if we can remember the histories that have made these places beautiful, isn't it?
