White Intervals
Description
The diptych "White Intervals" brings together two quiet studies of winter as a suspended state. In one image, bare branches emerge from snow and extend into shadow; in the other, frost-laden trees open into a pale sky. The diptych is built on restraint, spacing, and the breath between forms. Rather than presenting winter as spectacle, the work considers it as an interval of stillness in which fragility, light, and structure briefly come into balance.
