This diptych offers a minimalist study of the Northern Gannet colony on Île Rouzic. Isolating the birds’ rhythmic flight against an ephemeral sky, it reads their movement as a fragile script of maritime life under pressure. Moving beyond wildlife documentation, the work reflects on metabolic intimacy, resilience and disappearance in the Anthropocene, tracing the unstable threshold between persistence and loss in a rapidly changing ecosystem.
