This portrait series explores presence through light, gesture and restraint. Featuring Singaporean Chinese model Jia Min Tay, the images move between colour and black and white, structure and spontaneity. Red becomes a recurring visual anchor, while subtle expressions reveal shifts between strength and vulnerability. The work reflects on identity as something composed in stillness rather than performed.
