Forgotten Beauty
Description
An old woman finds the dried up leaves, twigs and remnants of flowers in a beat-up box in her attic, but can't quite remember- was it part of a bouquet from her Dad, or corsage from prom? She cannot recall, but feels nostalgic, nonetheless. The circle of the stalk represents the cycle of love, age, life and death, and she wipes a tear from her cheek as she gently places the delicate pieces back in the box where she found them.
